In light of the inclement weather, the University Student Council (USC), in coordination with the Civil Security Unit, has deployed four Pampanga State University coasters today, November 7, to assist students who are still inside the university premises.

Due to adverse weather conditions, floodwaters have entered the College of Engineering and Architecture (CEA) Main Building, forcing the CEA-SCOMELEC to temporarily pause the counting of votes for the CEA College-Wide Election, which concluded earlier today, November 7.

Weather conditions are expected to worsen upon landfall on Sunday, November 9, affecting Luzon and Visayas area, including Central Luzon.
